Eat Freely

Eat Freely is different than other weight loss or healthy eating programs (trust me, I’ve tried them). It’s not a diet or a quick fix. In fact, the main focus of Eat Freely isn’t really on weight loss at all.

(If weight loss is your goal, stay with me here. Eat Freely might just be the answer you’ve been looking for all along.)

I’ve realized through my own journey with food and weight that the more diets I went on, the more diets I went off. The more I restricted, the more I binged. The more I rules I followed, the more “rules” I “broke.” The less I tried to eat during the day, the more I ate at night.

When I felt out of control,

my natural instinct was to control what I was eating even more. Track every calorie, stick to my macros, exercise more. But we can only control our food and exercise for so long before we swing right back in the other direction again. And so the cycle continues.

IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO:

- Choose foods and habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

- Read food labels so you can feel confident that what you’re eating is actually supporting your health and weight loss goals.

- Cook simple recipes that don’t require hours of prep or a private chef.

- Incorporate special events, dining out, and other real life situations to work with your healthy eating and lifestyle goals.

- Listen to your body so you know exactly what it is you need before launching into autopilot (a.k.a. pouring a second glass of wine or cutting a(nother) piece of chocolate cake).

- Incorporate physical activity and movement that feels good to you and your body.- Plan meals and snacks that work with your schedule and lifestyle

- Plan ahead for tricky situations that might throw you off track.

- Ditch the guilt when you do go “off track” so you can easily bounce back to your healthy routine.

- Create an environment that supports your new habits so that the easiest choice is also the healthiest choice. (I’ve got good news for you - you don’t need more willpower!)

So if you’re ready to find balance, make peace with food, and learn how to support your body for long-term health and happiness, join me for the next Eat Freely program. Are you in?
