I’m a Nutrition Consultant and Wellness Coach. I’m also a former food rule follower and serial dieter. A few years ago, I decided to ditch all the rules (say whatttt) and finally learned to listen to my body.

I’m a rule follower by nature. But after years of dieting, counting calories, and tracking points and macros I realized food rules weren’t serving me. So I ditched ‘em. Yep, it was scary and it definitely took some time to learn to listen to my body and trust myself around certain foods again. But it was 100% worth it.
