Hey there, I'm Lia!

I’m a Nutrition Consultant and Wellness Coach and I help women find balance, eat confidently, and feel good in their bodies.

For most of my teenage years and early 20’s I struggled with my weight. I spent years dieting, counting calories, and feeling out of control around food. I felt frustrated, ashamed, and didn’t think I’d ever be able to eat “normally” again.

OVER TIME,

I stopped


- Counting calories and tracking my food

- Labeling foods as “good” or “bad”

- Eating “diet” foods

- Exercising to burn calories

and started

- Enjoying food without worrying about the sugar, fat, or calorie content

- Eating more whole foods instead of low-calorie “diet” foods

- Listening to my body’s hunger signals

- Tuning into my emotions instead of tuning out with food

- Eating what I want to eat instead of what I think I “should” eat

- Moving my body in ways that feel good and make me happy

This transformation wasn’t quick and certainly wasn’t easy. But it was so worth it. And if I could do it, I know you can do it too.
